Terms of Service

Effective date: September 2026

IMPORTANT: NO 911 OR EMERGENCY CALLING SERVICES

RingHuddle is an inbound call routing and forwarding software platform, NOT an interconnected voice telephone service or traditional telecommunications carrier. RingHuddle does not provide, support, or connect emergency calls to 911, public safety answering points (PSAPs), or any emergency services. You must maintain separate wireline, cellular, or other telecommunications services capable of placing 911 and emergency calls.

1. The Service

RingHuddle ("the Service") is a cloud software application that forwards inbound calls made to a designated virtual telephone number to multiple configured recipient phone numbers simultaneously or in sequenced tiers. RingHuddle is not a telecommunications carrier. Underlying telecommunications connectivity, phone number inventory, and PSTN audio bridging are provided by third-party licensed carriers (including SignalWire, Inc.).

2. Subscriptions, Numbers & Billing

3. Acceptable Use & Telecommunications Compliance

You agree to use RingHuddle solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation:

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or ring group found or suspected to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Service Availability & "As-Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that calls will never drop, fail to connect, or experience delay, as transmission depends on public telephone networks and cellular carriers beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall RingHuddle, its operators, affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, missed communications, or inability to reach emergency services, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
